Suzanne Goss appeals from a judgment in her favor in her suit charging her former employer, Exxon Office Systems Company [Exxon] with sex discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 20G0e et seq. (1976). She contends that the judgment in her favor, totaling $101,961.02, is inadequate.
