MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BRATTON, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on defendants’ motions for partial summary judgment and for summary judgment. In their motion for partial summary judgment, defendants assert that plaintiff’s claims against John Strahan and Antonio Trujillo are procedurally barred, and plaintiff’s claim for liquidated damages is time-barred. In their subsequent motion for summary judgment, defendants assert that all plaintiff’s claims are barred by the applicable statutes of limitations.
