MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN M. FACCIOLA, United States Magistrate Judge.

This case has been referred to me for the resolution of discovery disputes. The issues now before the Court are (1) whether plaintiff Covad Communications Company (“Co-vad”) should be permitted to conduct a forensic search of defendant Revonet, Inc.’s (“Revonet”) computers and servers; (2) how those searches should be conducted; and (3) who should pay for them.
