ORDER
DOTY, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on defendants’ motions for summary judgment. Based on a review of the file, record, and proceedings herein, and for the reasons stated, the court grants defendants’ motions.
BACKGROUND
In 1987, plaintiff Claryce Graham began working as a graphics coordinator for defendant Rosemount, Inc. at its facility in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In Minnesota, Rosemount manufactures temperature, pressure, and flow measurement instruments for use in industrial markets.
