MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

TUNHEIM, District Judge.

Plaintiffs Sally Ciszewski (“Ciszewski”), Judy Lucking (“Lucking”), Laura Carlson (“Carlson”), Kathryn Niesen (“Niesen”) and Faye Kopp (“Kopp”) bring this action against defendant alleging claims of disability discrimination, workers compensation retaliation and gender discrimination. The defendant has moved for summary judgment on all claims. For the reasons that follow, the Court grants defendant’s motions on plaintiffs’ disability discrimination, retaliatory discharge and disparate treatment gender discrimination claims.
