The plaintiffs, John “Skip” Barber III and Lime Rock Associates, LLC (associates), commenced this action against the defendant, the Skip Barber Racing School, LLC (new school), 1 due to a series of business disputes. The associates appeal from the trial court’s judgment, claiming that the court (1) improperly found that the existing usage agreement between the parties controls a subsequently constructed autocross course and (2) miscalculated the amount of compensation owed to the associates for the new school’s use of the B paddock. 2 In its cross appeal, the new school…
