The plaintiff, Priscilla Diekman, appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court dismissing her appeal from the decision of the defendant citizen’s ethics advisory board (board), a division of the office of state ethics. The board determined that the plaintiff, who had been employed by the state of Connecticut as a medical technologist at the University of Connecticut Health Center (health center), violated the Code of Ethics for Public Officials (ethics code), General Statutes § 1-79 et seq.
