These are appeals from the trial court’s judgment on claims by the plaintiff, Glen Duplis-sie, that his former employers, the defendants Kenneth M. Devino and Building Structures, Inc. (Building Structures),1 breached various agreements regarding unpaid compensation. The court found in favor of the plaintiff in part and in favor of the defendants in part, and awarded the plaintiff damages from each defendant.
