This action was commenced in the county court of Cad-do county1 by the defendant in error, as executor of the estate of Green Gunther, deceased, against the plaintiff in error, as defendant, to recover the value of certain property claimed to have been converted by the plaintiff in error, defendant in the trial court.
The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the lower court.
