In this lawyer discipline case, a trial panel of the Oregon State Bar (Bar) found the accused guilty of two violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility and imposed a sanction of a seven-month suspension. De novo review by this court is automatic. ORS 9.536(2), (3); Oregon State Bar Rules of Procedure (BR) 10.1, 10.6. After that review, we conclude that the accused is guilty of the misconduct charged. We impose a sanction of two years’ suspension from the practice of law, with the suspension to be served consecutively to that imposed on the accused in In re Wyllie, 326 Or 447, 952…
