This is an appeal taken by contestant from an order admitting to probate the will of Mary E. Newhall, deceaséd. The will, holographic in form, was attacked upon four grounds, viz.: (1) That it was not entirely written, dated, and signed by the testatrix; (2) that the testatrix at the time of the execution thereof was of unsound mind; (3) that the will was procured by the undue influence o£ two of the contestees, the younger daughters of the testa trix and the principal beneficiaries under the will, and (4) that the will was procured by false and fraudulent representations made to the…
