It is claimed that the. policy of insurance in this case is avoided-because at the time of the application for and the issuance of the policy the property in question was owned by Jameson, doing business as the Nashville Produce Company, and was at that time in his possession; that after the issuance of the policy the possession was transferred to Bond, and likewise the title transferred by the. assignment of a warehouse receipt to the Union Bank & Trust Company.
