MEMORANDUM OPINION
ERWIN, Chief Judge.
This matter comes before the court upon the defendants’ summary judgment motion, pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules Civil Procedure. Both sides have briefed the issues, and the matter is now ripe for a ruling. The court hereby rules that defendants’ summary judgment motion as to the plaintiff’s ERISA, age discrimination, wage and overtime compensation, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and libel and slander claims is granted.
