MEMORANDUM OPINION
ERWIN, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the court upon defendant Dow Corning Corporation’s motion for reconsideration or clarification and motion for certification of interlocutory appeal. Additionally, this court will consider plaintiff Harold Gene Riley’s motion for reconsideration of plaintiffs claims of intentional inflic tion of emotional distress and violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. (West 1985 & Supp.1991).
