MECO Corporation seeks review of, and the National Labor Relations Board seeks to enforce, an order requiring MECO to cease and desist from interfering with its employees’ exercise of their statutory rights and to reinstate with backpay two employees whom MECO dismissed. MECO claims that it fired the two employees for swearing at each other during a heated argument on the factory floor.
