THE COURT.

Petitioner instituted this proceeding for the purpose of reviewing an order of the Board of Governors of The State Bar recommending that petitioner be suspended from the practice of law in this state for the period of one year. The petitioner was charged by The State Bar with various violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct and of certain provisions of section 287 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
