This is an appeal from the decision of the Superior Court of San Diego County which denied appellant’s petition for a writ of mandate to compel the respondent Board of Dental Examiners to reinstate his license to practice dentistry. In accordance with the provisions of the Business and Professions Code, sections 1670-1680, appellant’s license was suspended by the board for a period of six months for unprofessional conduct.
