This cause comes before the Court at this time on defendant Parsons & Whittemore, Inc.’s motion to quash service of process and to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. Defendant Parsons & Whittemore, Inc. is a New York-based corporation whose business primarily involves the construction and operation of pulp mills and paper mills in foreign countries.
