HOOTEN, Judge.

This appeal arises out of protracted shareholder litigation between appellant, a former minority shareholder of respondent-corporation, and respondents, the corporation, its corporate director and majority shareholder, and other former shareholders. Appellant argues that the district court erred by failing to hold respondent-corporate director personally liable for breach of his fiduciary duty as a corporate director, and by failing to comply with this court’s instructions on remand from a previous appeal.
