BORDEN, J.

The plaintiff appeals1 from the judgment of the trial court granting the defendant’s motion to *725dismiss. The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly concluded that her claim against the state, alleging medical malpractice in connection with her husband’s death, had been untimely presented under General Statutes § 4-148.2 We agree and, accordingly, we reverse the judgment of the trial court.
