This action for negligence and breach of contract arises out of a fire that burned down a restaurant and pub owned by Respondents Sundown Operating Company, Inc. (“Sundown”), Sunrise Coin Company, Inc. (“Sunrise”), and High Noon Properties, Inc. (“High Noon”) (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Respondents”). Respondents filed suit against Defendant BFPE International, Inc. (“Petitioner”) and four other defendants (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Defendants”).
