Plaintiff Bruce G. Howell has filed this putative class action lawsuit on behalf of the Motorola, Inc. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan (the “Plan”) and on behalf of “all Participants in the Plan for whose individual accounts the Plan purchased and/or held shares of’ Motorola, Inc.
