PAULEY, District Judge.

Plaintiffs are four employees of Polaroid Corporation (“Polaroid” or the “Company”) who participated in the Polaroid Retirement Savings Plan (the “Plan”). They bring this consolidated putative class action pursuant to Section 502 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1132.
