OPINION

WREN, Judge.

The appellant, Keith B. Taylor, brought a wrongful death action against the appellees, Walter Mueller, dba, Walters Transport, and Harvey L. Martz; and also against Eleanor M. Dixon, Administratrix of the Estate of Patrick F. Madland, deceased. From an order granting appellees’ motion for summary judgment, appellant has filed this appeal, challenging the finding of .the trial court that there was no material issue of fact. We agree that the motion was properly granted.
