OPINION
HATHAWAY, Judge.
Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to as Nationwide) seeks review of the denial of its motions for summary judgment and for new trial. Nationwide filed a complaint for declaratory relief against defendants-appellees Ramirez and Granillo to establish that a motor vehicle liability policy of insurance issued by it to Fernando S. Granillo did not cover his son, Fernando, Jr. for an accident which occurred on August 16, 1975, in which Fernando, Jr.’s sister, Mary Jean Ramirez, sustained personal injuries.
