This reciprocal disciplinary proceeding is predicated upon an order of the Court of Appeals of Maryland, dated September 8, 2003, accepting the Joint Petition for Indefinite Suspension of the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission and the respondent, Michelle Hamilton Davy. 1 See Attorney Grievance Comm’n of Md. v.
