Action for injunction and to declare certain contracts void. Plaintiff and appellant brought this action against the Strathmore Public Utility District (hereinafter referred to as the district) and two contractors, Alton B. Carter and Valley Trenching Company, wherein the plaintiff seeks an injunction restraining the further construction of a sewage disposal plant and distribution lines for the district and asks that two contracts for the construction of a sewer system be declared void.
