This action was commenced in the district court of Sequoyah county July 11, 1925, by William Horace West, as plaintiff, against John G. Terrell et al., as defendants. The suit was brought for the purpose of canceling a sale and guardian’s deed made of certain lands allotted to the plaintiff, William Horace West, which sale and deed were made by his guardian, D. M. Oopple, while plaintiff was a minor ward of the county court of said county.
