The bill of complaint in this cause relates to letters patent No. 472,607, 488,446, and 644,532, and alleges that they have been infringed by the defendant. As to No. 488,446, however, counsel for the complainant has, since the commencement of the suit, abandoned all claim for relief thereunder, and it will, therefore, require no further mention. No. 472,607 was issued April 12, 1892, to Stephen D. Murray, assignor to William Burr and John H. Deems, for new and'useful improvements in apparatus for elevating, distributing, and feeding seed-cotton to gins, and the bill of…
