In the court below, Samuel M. Kintner and Halsey M. Barrett, receivers of National Electric Signaling Company, brought suit against the Telefunken Wireless Telegraph Company of the United States, charging it with infringing three patents, viz., claims 1 and 3 of patent No. 918,306, to Reginald A.
