Defendant 110-118 Riverside Tenants Corporation (“Riverside”) appeals from so much of an order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, John M. Cannella, Judge, as denied Riverside’s request for reimbursement of attorneys’ fees incurred in successfully litigating its right to reimbursement for legal fees incurred in creating a “common fund” that benefited the government.
