MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

SPATT, District Judge.

In this gender discrimination in employment action, the plaintiff Mary Ann Luciano (the “plaintiff’ or “Luciano”), moves for an award of attorneys fees and costs, pursuant to § 42 U.S.C. 2000e-5(k).
