MEMORANDUM

VANASKIE, District Judge.

As the concluding aspect of a class action settlement that yielded a dollar recovery to class members of approximately $400,000, counsel for the plaintiff class (hereinafter referred to as “class counsel”) requests attorneys’ fees in the amount of $4.7 million.
