OPINION AND ORDER
SCHEINDLIN, District Judge:
Plaintiff Union Carbide Corporation (“UCC”), both individually and as successor in interest to and on behalf of Seadrift Polypropylene Company (“Seadrift”), has sued 17 defendants on various grounds. Generally, the Complaint 1 alleges violations of the antitrust laws, as well as various common law claims relating to certain defendants’ alleged breach of agreements between them and UCC.
