Gabriel Capital, L.P. (“Gabriel Capital”) and Ariel Fund Ltd. (“Ariel Fund”) (collectively “plaintiffs”) are suing defendants NatWest Finance, Inc. (“NatWest Finance”), NatWest Capital Markets Limited (“NatWest Capital”), National Westminster Bank PLC (“NatWest Bank”), McDonald Investments Inc. (“McDonald”), and Steel Dynamics Inc.
