SCHEINDLIN, United States District Judge:
This is a securities class action brought on behalf of all persons, other than defendants, who purchased or otherwise acquired American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) of Rediff.Com India Ltd. (“Re-diff’ or the “Company”) in an initial public offering (“IPO”) on June 14, 2000, and/or who purchased Rediff ADSs on the open market between the time of the IPO and April 4, 2001 (the “Class Period”).
