Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. Company contends, in support of its general demurrer to the amended petition, that the alleged conveyance to Albany & Brunswick Railroad Company conveyed to it the fee-simple title to the property described, subject to divestiture; and that the plaintiff is not alleged to be in possession of any part of the property described in the conveyance. These contentions are without merit.
