These appeals concern whether express easements originally granted to Georgia Power Company (GPC) to construct and operate “electric transmission, distribution and communication lines” not only permit the electric transmission and distribution lines constructed across the easements, but also permit a fiber optic communication line constructed across the easements and used for the purpose of general telecommunications.
