BEACH, J.

The defendant administrator of the Unemployment Compensation Act (administrator) appeals from the judgment of the trial court remanding the matter to the employment security board of review (board) after the board dismissed the appeal of the plaintiff, Patricia Ray, for lack of jurisdiction. On appeal, the administrator claims that the court erred in remanding the matter to the board for a review of certain factors. We agree and reverse the judgment of the trial court.
