Summary judgment was granted in favor of California Federal Savings and Loan Association, dba California Federal Savings, Nevada Division (California Federal), the seller, its real estate broker, Jack Matthews and Company (Matthews), and their employees, because real property had been sold in an “as is” condition and there had been no affirmative false representation made by California Federal concerning the property.
