This is an appeal by the plaintiffs below, Jeffrey W. Stemple and Judith E. Stemple, from an adverse summary judgment ruling by the Circuit Court of Wood County in an action to recover for damage to their home due to termite activity. The plaintiffs brought suit against the former owners of the house, Lewis M. Dobson and Carol Y. Dobson, on grounds of breach of contract and fraudulent concealment.
