{¶ 1} On behalf of appellees Andover Township Trustees, the predecessor to appellee Ashtabula County Prosecuting Attorney Thomas L. Sartini requested that the Ohio Attorney General provide an opinion concerning whether certain recreational vehicles were taxable as real property or as manufactured homes.
