This case requires us to determine the circumstances in which an attorney’s pro hac vice admission can be revoked by a trial court. Attorneys admitted in other states, but not in Ohio, may request permission from the court to appear pro hac vice. 2 The decision of whether to permit representation by out-of-state counsel in an Ohio court is a matter within the discretion of the trial court.
