TEIGEN, Judge.

This is an equitable action to determine adverse claims. The plaintiff seeks to quiet title to a piece of land described in the complaint by metes and bounds, but which land was replatted during the course of the action. It is now described as Lot 5, Auditor’s Plat #3 to the City of Jamestown, Stutsman County, North Dakota. It premises its claim to ownership on a sheriff’s deed received in a mechanic’s lien foreclosure.
