Appellant, plaintiff below, appeals from a judgment of dismissal entered upon the sustaining of demurrers, without leave to amend, to his complaint for libel.

The complaint, with regard to the subject of this appeal, alleges that plaintiff is engaged in the publishing, manuf aetur ing, merchandising and distribution business, and that he has built up a reputation for fair dealing, integrity and responsibility.
