This is an action in diversity by plaintiff Agency Solutions.Com, LLC dba Health *1006Connect Systems (“HCS”) against defendant The TriZetto Group, Inc. (“TriZetto”) for misappropriation of trade secrets pursuant to California Civil Code § 3426 et seq.
