BURROUGHS, J., pro tem.
This action was brought under the provisions of section 749 of the Code of Civil Procedure to determine all adverse claims to the land described iff the complaint. The action was originally entitled “Irene Saner, Plaintiff, vs. N. A. Knight, and All Persons Unknown, etc., Defendants.” There was no appearance by any person claiming to be a defendant and on September 8, 1924, upon the evidence presented by the plaintiff, the court entered its judgment in favor of the plaintiff as to all of the said land.
