The defendant, Rafal Kosciuszkiewicz, appeals from the trial court’s judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Laura Cirinna, in which the court concluded that the plaintiff had an easement by prescription over a driveway located on the defendant’s property, and permanently enjoining the defendant from erecting a fence on the driveway that would block access to the rear of the plaintiffs property.
