Since at least 2001, the parties in this case have been engaged in a lengthy legal dispute regarding abutting properties that sit along the bonny banks of the Connecticut River in Lyme. The defendants Amy Day Kahn, Robert Kahn, and John Gorman 1 appeal from the judgment of the trial court finding that an easement exists in favor of the plaintiff, Curtis D.
