Plaintiff appeals a judgment dismissing her complaint with prejudice for violation of a protective order. We vacate and remand for reconsideration.

Plaintiff is an emergency room physician. In 1993, she became a shareholder and employee of Eugene Emergency Physicians (EEP), a professional corporation that provides emergency medical services at Sacred Heart General Hospital, operated by Peacehealth (defendant).
